  • Wash your feet immediately on returning home from outside

  • Put your wet clothes & socks for washing

  • Stay clean & dry

  • Keep your nails short, clean & dry to avoid fungal infections

  • Shampoo your hair 2-3 times a week to keep your scalp healthy

  • Avoid make-up to keep acne at bay

  • Opt for rainy footwear like flip-flops, floaters, water-proof shoes, etc

  • Keep fast-dry clothes & absorbent towels handy


SWITCH TO A HEALTHY REGIME

  • Hydrate your body with atleast 8 glasses of water to flush out toxins

  • Choose dark and bright colours as they can absorb muddy stains and uplift your mood

  • Knee-length kurtis, skirts or capris for casuals would be apt to avoid getting drenched
